Our payment terms

After booking, a 30% deposit is due within 7 days to confirm the booking.

Please transfer the remaining balance no later than 4 weeks before arrival.

Cancellation/Withdrawal:

It is generally possible to cancel the booking for our apartments.

The deposit received will be fully refunded to the guest.

For cancellations within the last 4 weeks before arrival, 50% of the total price will be retained.

For cancellations within the last 2 weeks before arrival, 100% of the total price will be retained.

Please remember to take out travel cancellation insurance in this case.
